IGLF Executive Committee:
IGLF aims to provide a forum for Iraqi talents, experts and professional leaders globally. The foundation aims to channel its efforts to ensure that Iraq's future generations prosper in an increasingly uncertain world.
IGLF will be working closely with the Iraqi government, private sector, NGO's and the International community to reconstruct Iraq.

Mr. Saad Al-Saraf (MSc.IT)
Saad is the CEO of the UK’s leading specialist integrated
communications agency Media Reach, and a director of Logika Media (2008), Chanticleer TV (95-98).
A leading authority on communications, strategic media
and government relations. Launched a media and lobbying campaign for the Kuwaiti
government in exile during Saddam invasion of Kuwait (Free Kuwait Campaign-90),
and was a director of the INC Coalition for Justice in Iraq (91-93), and a
member of the Human Rights Lobby Group (92-94).
Advised the Iraqi government on media and
communications issues and had managed to launch the first communications and
advertising campaigns in Iraq.
Executive Committee member of the Iraqi student union (IUIS 89-95), the largest student body campaigning against Saddam rule. Established
a number of NGO’s to support the Arab community in the UK such as (Arab Line
89-99, Arab Health Project 96-99, Arab Women’s Group 93-2005). Member
and a business director of the Iraqi Reconstruction Group (umbrella
organisation for Iraqi professionals and technocrats encouraging organisations
in the reconstruction efforts in Iraq).

Dr.Munther Al-Khademi
More than 24 years of research in
Medical and Biological science at King's College Hospital and University
College London working as a Senior Research Fellow and having more than 34
papers in European and American Medical Journal. Qualified fromUK’s as Immunologist from Brunel
Univerrsity, West London. Compeleting MSc. in 1984 and PhD in 1996 in
Immunology. Currently working for King's College Hospital in
the Institute of Liver Studies in Medical Research and Routin Laboratory
and academically supervising under/post graduate student in Immunology.
Working
for community in UK, I am working as a Volunteer in a number of project in UK
like Arabic Schools for more than 17 years heading a school now with 300
students and as a Trustee member of Iraqi Welfare Association for more than 5
years. I organised several activities for youth like in sports, trips inside
and outside UK and organising a number of meeting for Arabic schools to train
teachers.
Mr.Riahin Al-Chalabi M.Sc. MSOE MBES.

More than 18 years of experience in marine engineering, followed by 10 years of engineering consultancy in both shipping and manufacturing industries. First sponsored by United Arab Shipping Company, and moved on to join Seascot Shipmanagement in UK. Progressed through the ranks as an engineer officer to later become a chief engineer and marine superintendent; Speciality in internal combustion engines, technical operations of power plants and risk management. Technically managed and operated fleet of ships and led conversion & development projects including marine dredging. Qualified from UK’s naval academies in professional competencies class 1&2 marine engineering and naval architecture. Then completed PGD and M.Sc. from Liverpool John Moores University in Design & Management of Manufacturing Systems. Currently working for Allianz Engineering with various authorisations for technical surveys and inspections related to Health and Safety Pressure Regulations. Was the main organiser of the first Iraqi expatriates conference in Europe (convened in Manchester - Jan 2006).Professor Hassan Al-Najim
